Hey @IFA, please give Fred a raise. He is the sole reason I spent over $100 on lawn products at your store today. Super knowledgeable and friendly, heโ€™s the perfect employee for your store. Please pay him whatever it takes so that he stays, so that all the people like me keep coming back to get Fredโ€™s advice on our lawn and greenery problems. Thanks Fred, you made our day! ๐Ÿ˜Š - some very new home owners

I called in for help with some rescue chickens and Shay took the time to help me understand what would be the best feed, setup, bedding, etc. She was so incredibly kind and helpful! 10/10 will be coming here for any additional things we need for them.

I love going into this store. Their lavender plants were so gorgeous this year! And my chicks are doing great!

I've been coming here for almost 10 years with dogs I've been training, I prefer this country store over others. Today an associate was pretty snarky with me about me putting my dog on the horse, like I've done for a decade. I told her I had never had an issue and she yelled back at me "there's a sign".... The sign doesn't specifically say dogs, which is why I've always done this, and I've had employees come up to me while my dog was on the horse and give them treats. If this is a new policy, that's fine, but there was no need for attitude, and an associate was literally talking to me while I was putting him on the horse, then the other girl came up and was upset over it. Update the sign at the very least, and have a better attitude about it. Pic of one of the many dogs I've taken to this store.

The older lady at the checkout needs to be informed about basic lawn care. She told me to get the IFA Stage one down immediately and to use culinary water since secondary hasnโ€™t been turned on. She told me the upcoming storm wouldnโ€™t be enough to water it in. She stated I needed at least an inch of water and that she has already started watering her lawn. Your own website states 1/2 an inch of water and itโ€™s actually illegal to use culinary if you have secondary water. The weeds are already growing so the pre emergent isnโ€™t going to do much so thereโ€™s really no hurry to get it down at this point. I mowed when I got home and the grass is heavy, moist and fully hydrated. Watering at this time of year is just wasteful especially with the poor winter we had unless itโ€™s to water in the fertilizer. Weber Basin Water Conservancy has excellent information on BASIC lawn care. They donโ€™t turn secondary water on until April 15th for a reason. โ€œBecause itโ€™s not needed this time of yearโ€
